Gamesuperchampion : After Being Canceled, Xbox One and PS4 Now Getting Gone Home

Acclaimed indie game is coming to and next month, developer The Fullbright Company announced today.

Gone Home was originally slated to be coming to consoles, but those versions were . At the time, Fullbright was working with a branch of Majesco, which was . It’s still working with that indie publishing group, Midnight City, for the upcoming release, which is scheduled for January 12, 2016 on both Xbox One and PS4.

Fullbright decided to handle the port internally, and as part of the process, has moved the game from the existing Unity 4 engine to Unity 5. While this does provide some benefits, this is still the same game as on , complete with more than 90 minutes of behind-the-scenes commentary from the development team.
