While developer Bethesda Game Studios continues to work on updates and expansions for that game, eventually a time will come when the company moves on to its next full project. What that title is remains to be seen, but now game director Todd Howard has teased the team has “lot of ideas.”
In an, Howard was asked if he would ever work on something “small” by comparison to the likes of Fallout 4 and . Don’t expect that to happen.
“The timing of your question, because we just wrapped up Fallout 4, I definitely need a break,” he said. “But that’s normal. And after that, I just see so many things that we could do. I like to make big games, the team likes to make big games. We have lots of ideas. We plan on taking a break and coming back and finding out where those ideas take us.”
â€œBut no–we definitely don’t plan on making small things,” he added.
