Microsoft has released a new update for the free Halo Channel mobile app that introduces “complete stat tracking” for . The main menu screen shows your service record and customized Spartan character. Beyond that, the app also displays things like how many Commendations, Achievements, and medals you’ve earned. In addition, it includes your, if you belong to one.
Stats are tracked across Halo 5’s campaign and multiplayer modes, including traditional Arena and the new 12v12 Warzone mode. The image above is for Warzone, but you can expect a “very similar” overall experience for Arena and Campaign. As you can see, it displays total kills (including kills by enemy type), as well as number of games played, win percentage, total play time, and more.

The Halo Channel app is free and available now for,, and . The update that introduces these new Halo 5 features is set to arrive today, October 26. Halo 5 launches October 27.
In addition, this new update now lets you watch video programs such as Halo: Nightfall and Halo: The Fall of Reach when it becomes available. Previously, you could only do this on the Halo Channel app.
