ReCore is a joint project between Armature Studio and creator Keiji Inafune’s Comcept Inc. Pacini said when he first met with Microsoft to discuss the collaboration, he wasn’t convinced it was a good idea, pointing out and as factors.
However, Microsoft apparently wanted a game for gamers and things like SmartGlass and Kinect were never forced on the ReCore team.
“It feels like, for us, the runwayâ€™s been kind of cleared. So we can just concentrate on making a really good game and putting features in that make sense for this game,” says Pacini.
