GPU testing site Guru3d has performed a GPU test which managed to test 19 mainstream, high-end and enthusiast class AMD and NVIDIA graphics cards’ performance of The Division. It pushs the game’s graphics to highest level (in-game Ultra quality settings) and test what GPU can handle the game at 4K resolution. The test system is based on the eight-core Intel Core i7-5960X Extreme Edition with Haswell-E based setup on the X99 chipset platform. This setup is running 4.40 GHz on all cores.

For PC gaming your goal always should be 60+ FPS. However, 40 FPS for any game should be your minimum threshold. Gaming below 30 FPS is considered to be poor. At all times if your frame rate is low, you can opt to change in-game image quality settings. The type of game is relevant though, a first person shooter game is nice at 60 fps, online shooters on a 144Hz monitor feels better at 100 fps.
