Chelsea make £32m transfer bid for Andre Gomes – report

Chelsea have reportedly made a £32million bid for Valencia midfielder Andre Gomes, though it has been rejected.

The Portugal international has emerged as a top target for the Blues after some fine form in La Liga.

Other top clubs such as Manchester United have also shown an interest in Gomes, but Chelsea will clearly have to pay more if they are to land him.

Manchester United target Romelu Lukaku keen to leave – report

Manchester United could be boosted in their pursuit of Romelu Lukaku as he pushes for an exit from Everton.

The Belgian enjoyed a fine campaign in 2015/16 and says he is ready to join a bigger club.

However, reports elsewhere claim Everton have offered him a new big-money contract to try to persuade him to stay.

Bayern Munich have moved to deny rumours that they’re pushing Liverpool target Mario Gotze out of the club.

It had been suggested that Bayern have threatened to leave the Germany international out of their Champions League squad next season.

However, an official club statement described these claims as ‘fiction’.
